3 Great Reasons to Talk to a Mortgage Broker, Not Just Your Bank
Here is my very simple message this week.
Talk to a mortgage broker if you have a mortgage and talk to one if you would like a mortgage.
Here are 3 good reasons why.
1. If you have a mortgage, a broker can review it for you and tell you if you are missing a trick in terms of the interest rate you pay or the size of your monthly repayments. You could potentially save thousands of euros.
2. If you'd like to get a mortgage, a broker can explain the difference between the various lenders offerings eg. cash back versus a higher interest rate etc.
3. A broker will know which banks are in a position to make exceptions in terms of the ratio of loan to value that you can borrow or in terms of the ratio of loan to your income.
