About Me

October 2019

Hello there and welcome!

I'm Breffnie and I'm a licenced property buying agent practicing in Dublin, Ireland.  I work on behalf of my clients to find properties to buy or to rent in Dublin.

You might fall into one of the following categories:

  • You're living abroad, possibly in a different time zone, and finding it difficult to coordinate the purchase of a property in Ireland.

  • You're living in Ireland but are too busy at work to put the necessary level of time and energy into finding your first or next home.

  • You're a parent and you want to buy a property for your children to live in while at college or in their first job.

  • You're separating and need to find somewhere to rent while the sale of your family home goes through, and then buy once the proceeds of that sale are cleared.

  • You’d simply like to talk to an Irish property professional about whatever property plans you’re considering and you could benefit from an hour or two with a property professional. (scroll down to link to book a one hour session with me )

Whatever position you are in, I consider it to be a total privilege to work with you at this exciting time in your life and love the fact that I can offer you  a road map  of the journey ahead, expert knowledge and key contacts at every stage of the process.

My work as a Buyer's Agent has been made much easier by the great experience I've had as an estate agent on the selling side working for DNG, a leading Irish Estate Agency.

I'm  a graduate of the Institute of Technology Tallaght (winning the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers Prize for Leadership) and a prize winning (Sheehy Skeffington Prize in French) graduate of Trinity College Dublin. I'm also external examiner on the newly launched National Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship programme.

I love what I do and the different energy that each new client brings .

So if you think you could use my services, please phone me.

My mobile number is Tel: 087 2574 573.

Thank you for visiting.
