“When I decided to relocate from Germany to Dublin, I found Breffnie's website with the promise of being the letting agent for busy people and already so many answers to questions I had prepared. After I reached out to her, she replied quickly and, in our initial conversation, answered the remainder of my questions.
She made me aware of things to know before relocating, helped me figure out the differences between German and Irish rentals and simply was a pleasure to talk with.
She took note of all my must-haves, wants and wishes and found an apartment for me, that probably could not be any more perfect - exactly in the area I wanted it to be, with lovely neighbours, great public transport connections and still more than well within my budget.
