Hello, and a very warm welcome!
I’m Breffnie O’Kelly, a licensed property buyers’ agent based in Dublin, Ireland, and a proud Dubliner through and through. I specialise in helping individuals, couples and families find, assess and successfully purchase their ideal property.
What drives me most is finding the right home for each client. I take genuine pleasure in exploring neighbourhoods, comparing property features, and identifying those small details that will enhance your lifestyle and your property’s long-term value. My goal is always to make the process of buying property in Ireland clear, confident and enjoyable.
Professional background
I’m a graduate of the Institute of Technology Tallaght, where I received the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers Prize for Leadership, and a Trinity College Dublin graduate, where I was awarded the Sheehy Skeffington Prize in French.
In addition to my client work, I serve as External Examiner for the National Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship Programme, helping to raise professional standards across Ireland’s property sector.
I am a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (MIPAV) and hold a Property Services Regulatory Authority Licence (No. 003902-007318).
